Got a question? Here are the answers to our most frequently asked questions.

Q. When should I expect my DVD to arrive?

A. We aim to have the DVD to you within 7-14 business days. In some cases, this can take up to 21 business days. If you still haven’t received the DVD after 30 days, please get in touch.

Q. I haven’t received my download links.

A. Be sure to check your spam, junk and bulk email folders if you haven’t seen the email and you are certain you are looking at the correct email inbox. Check your PayPal account or credit card statement to ensure that your order was processed correctly and that the payment went through. Alternatively you may have entered the wrong spelling of your email address.

Q. Can I download directly to my iPad/tablet/smartphone?

A. Although most of these devices can stream audio and video, some of these won’t save the files to your device. To avoid this,  we suggest you download your file first to a PC/Mac and transfer or sync the file to your device from there. That way, you won’t have to re-download it every time you want to access the file. If you don’t know how to do this, please contact the device’s manufacturer.

Q. I think I ordered the wrong product.

A. Every order placed at The Connection store also receives the first episode of The Conversation Series for free. This means your receipt email will have a link to download this episode, regardless of what you ordered. Your other products will also be listed. If you think you have genuinely ordered the wrong product please email us.
